A unique sensory journey takes you on a two-hour, multi-sensory journey through different worlds, where all details are perfectly coordinated. In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.

Laurent-Perrier – La Cuvée

This cuvée can only be prepared with the purest grape must. 'La Cuvée' is a fine, fresh champagne that matures for a long time in the cellars. The high Chardonnay content is the basis of Laurent-Perrier's style and personality. Purity, freshness and elegance are the characteristics of this wine. It is the perfect introduction to the Earenalin Champagne Dinner.

Francis Ford Coppola combines film art with wine culture like no other. With his winery in California, he has created a place that combines creativity, hospitality and quality. His vision: an experience for all the senses – inspired by his roots and his love of wine.

Francis Ford Coppola, world-famous for films such as The Godfather and Apocalypse Now, has not only made film history, but also enriched Californian viticulture.

Umami

Sake Urakasumi Zen

This sake was one of the first Junmai Ginjo to be launched in the Japanese market back in 1973. It is a very well-balanced sake that represents the typical, elegant style of a Junmai Ginjo from northern Japan.

Zen is timeless and continues to delight today with its delicate aromas and mild flavour. The aromas are reminiscent of yellow fruits and fresh herbs. Very smooth on the palate with delicate acidity and gentle umami. Inspired by Zen monks, it offers a culinary meditation. Pairs particularly well with sashimi and sushi, or grilled poultry.

Feudo di Mezzo DOC Rosso di Etna 

Feudo di Mezzo is located in the heart of the northern Etna belt – one of the oldest and most traditional contrade around Castiglione di Sicilia. The vineyards lie at an altitude of around 750 metres on ancient lava flows and iron-rich volcanic soils, which produce dark fruit, mineral depth and remarkable elegance. The microclimate is cool and the exposure ideal – large temperature differences between day and night favour slow, complete ripening.

It is not without reason that Feudo di Mezzo is considered one of the Grand Crus of the volcano. The single-varietal Nerello Mascalese comes from over 60-year-old vines grown using the Alberello system. The grapes are harvested manually in small crates, followed by traditional maceration with a long-standing time at controlled temperatures. The wine then ripens for 14 months in 500-litre French oak barrels before resting for another year in the bottle.

Pinot Gris Thomas Mack Edition

The bouquet of Hugel Classic Pinot Gris Alsace AOC is characterised by complex notes of apples, pears and apricots, as well as yeast bread, vanilla and pistachio. On the palate, this Pinot Gris from Alsace is powerful, with a distinctive texture and wonderful harmony. The finish is light, juicy and wonderfully fresh.
