The Eatrenalin Exclusive Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Our tip: In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé

Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 from the boldness and unique savoir‑faire of Laurent‑Perrier. The aim was perfection at each stage of its making.

Its consistency, quality, aromas of fresh red fruits, pronounced intensity and freshness make it a highly regarded and recognised wine.

Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr

The Wehlener Sonnenuhr is the most famous and best vineyard of Joh. Jos. Prüm. With its deep, weathered grey slate soil, good water retention, an extreme slope of up to 70% and an optimal south-southwest exposure, it offers the perfect conditions for Riesling. The Wehlener Sonnenuhr - like the Zeltinger Sonnenuhr - is named after the sundial that Jodocus Prüm, an ancestor of JJ Prüm, erected in the vineyard in 1842 to give his workers a better sense of time. Wines from the Wehlener Sonnenuhr have excellent structure, beautiful ripe aromas and flavours of stone fruits such as peach, a fine minerality and great depth and length. Especially after a few years of ageing, the harmony, finesse and expression are unique.

Ocean

Ried Kranachberg Sauvignon Blanc

Wonderfully subtle Sauvignon nose with hints of the exotic, guava, blackcurrant and spicy herbs. Juicy, spicy palate with a lovely fresh fruity note and a consistent aromatic line, powerful spice, complex mid-palate, tightly woven finish with a salty note.

Umami

2022 Kamoshibito Kuheiji ‘Eau du Désir’ Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Eau de Desir, the water of hope, is a junmai daiginjo made from 50% polished Yamada-nishiki rice. This variety has always been used exclusively for sake production and is considered the finest of all sake rice varieties. Grown in Hyogo Prefecture, Eau de Desir is as complex and full-bodied on the nose as it is on the palate, combining all the flavours: sweetness, acidity, saltiness, tannins and umami.

With a creamy viscosity, it is gripping with good thrust on the palate, at the same time salty and grounded, the fruit oscillates between the phenolics of its peel and the impression of liquorice. Smoky, almost iodine-spicy notes are noticeable until this impression disappears like a clearing morning mist and delicate floral aromas take over.

Schlatter Pinot noir

A fine, spicy nose with notes of old spices, cherries and even fresh strawberries. Majestic clarity in the mouth, this venerable spice is slow to emerge, it glides over the tongue, slowly, solidly and confidently, power and complexity are present, but again not loudly, but consistently and with much harmony, fine tannins on the palate, nice length.

Gewürztraminer Beerenauslese

This Gewürztraminer Beerenauslese presents itself in the glass with a brilliant honey-yellow colour; on the nose, the finest aromas of yellow rose, kumquat, honey and white nougat; on the palate, it is carried by an opulent sweetness; a juicy and lively overall impression.

Gently de-alcoholised Chardonnay meets black tea with a fine perlage. This non-alcoholic alternative is suitable for anyone who likes something sparkling in their glass. The light and fresh Chardonnay flavour, with fine aromas of pear and quince, is rounded off by the subtly tart tea flavour and gives the alcohol-free sparkling wine alternative the necessary fullness.
