Enjoy the Eatrenalin Experience with eight courses and exclusive champagne from Laurent-Perrier selected by Vincenzo De Biase, Sommelier of the Year 2024. As we all know, champagne always goes well!

The Champagne Dinner is an over two-hour, multi-sensory staging through different worlds, where all details are perfectly coordinated to send your senses on a unique journey. Plan around 3 hours for your visit, with an introduction in the lounge and a conclusion in the bar.

In addition, you will receive the following VIP service:

  • Exclusively reserved table in the lounge with Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Rosé with refills
  • Snacks, water, a digestif of your choice and an espresso in the bar
  • Special delicacy from our culinary artists in the bar
  • Special surprise

The Champagne Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Our tip: In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.

Please note: Our exquisite Champagne Dinner requires a minimum of 12 guests. If this is not reached, we will inform you in advance about further procedures and possibilities.

The exclusive champagnes for the Eatrenalin Champagne Dinner have been selected in cooperation with Michel Fauconnet, the legendary winemaker of Laurent-Perrier. This selection of cuvées represents the high quality of the privately-run house and the diversity, freshness, finesse and elegance from Laurent-Perrier. The selection of the different cuvées has been carefully paired with the menu.

This cuvée can only be prepared with the purest grape must. 'La Cuvée' is a fine, fresh champagne that matures for a long time in the cellars. The high Chardonnay content is the basis of Laurent-Perrier's style and personality. Purity, freshness and elegance are the characteristics of this wine. It is the perfect introduction to the Earenalin Champagne Dinner.

Héritage is the result of the expertise acquired with Grand Siècle: a complex blend of several vintages from the best sites in Champagne and two grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Thanks to the winemaking techniques that have been perfected over the years for the rare and demanding Chardonnay grape variety, Laurent-Perrier is able to offer a champagne made entirely from Chardonnay grapes with no added sugar. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is an exceptional wine, produced from grapes harvested in a year when sufficient natural sugar content was achieved through ripeness.

Michel Fauconnet

Cellarer at Laurent-Perrier

Michel Fauconnet joined the Laurent-Perrier champagne house in 1973 and worked alongside the two cellar masters Edouard Leclerc and Alain Terrier. In 2004 he was appointed cellar master himself, inheriting the legacy of these two famous oenologists. He was committed to maintaining and developing the house’s special style, which is based on freshness, finesse and elegance. Due to the house strategy and based on a meticulous work in the sourcing and vinification of the wines, Michel Fauconnet now creates cuvées known for their high quality. Since 2019 he has been responsible for launching another of the house’s innovations, the Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature.

He is one of the country's greatest wine connoisseurs and, as a top 50 sommelier, selects the exceptional cuvées for the Champagne Dinner. Vinzenco de Biase is head sommelier at the Europa-Park Hotel Resort and responsible for wine purchasing. In addition to other awards such as Sommelier of the Year, he has completed the renowned further training as a specialist sommelier and wine culture expert Champagne.
