Enjoy the Eatrenalin Experience with eight courses and exclusive champagne from Laurent-Perrier selected by Vincenzo De Biase, Sommelier of the Year 2024. As we all know, champagne always goes well!

The Champagne Dinner is an over two-hour, multi-sensory staging through different worlds, where all details are perfectly coordinated to send your senses on a unique journey. Plan around 3 hours for your visit, with an introduction in the lounge and a conclusion in the bar.

In addition, you will receive the following VIP service:

  • Exclusively reserved table in the lounge with Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Rosé with refills
  • Snacks, water, a digestif of your choice and an espresso in the bar

The Champagne Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Our tip: In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.

This selection of cuvées represents the high quality of the privately-run house and the diversity, freshness, finesse and elegance from Laurent-Perrier. The selection of the different cuvées has been carefully paired with the menu.

Héritage is the result of the expertise acquired with Grand Siècle: a complex blend of several vintages from the best sites in Champagne and two grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wine is made exclusively from reserve wines, carefully selected for their freshness, elegance and complexity. It offers great purity and perfect maturity.

Laurent-Perrier has always selected Chardonnay as the dominant grape variety in all its Cuvées and has been a pioneer in the Brut Nature category with its Ultra Brut since 1981.

For this pure Cahrdonay champagne, Laurent-Perrier completely relinquishes dosage. It convinces with its white colour with a fine, long-lasting perlage. Mineral aromas with notes of citrus fruits. After a lively approach, the wine develops a well-balanced presence on the palate. Fresh with strong citrus aromas in the finale.

The Grand Siècle cuvée is a selection of 11 of Champagne's 17 Grands Crus. The Grand Siècle cuvée brings together prestigious crus from the Côte des Blancs, including Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Cramant and Oger, and from the Montagne de Reims, including the Grands Crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Verzy, Mailly and Tours-sur-Marne. Grand Siècle par Laurent-Perrier is a prestige cuvée based on assemblage rather than vintage.
Laurent-Perrier sets ever-higher standards for the assemblage, believing that it is possible to recreate the perfect vintage by achieving an ideal balance between the various organoleptic components.

Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle Itération n°25 is a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%).

Michel Fauconnet

Cellarer at Laurent-Perrier

Michel Fauconnet joined the Laurent-Perrier champagne house in 1973 and worked alongside the two cellar masters Edouard Leclerc and Alain Terrier. In 2004 he was appointed cellar master himself, inheriting the legacy of these two famous oenologists. He was committed to maintaining and developing the house’s special style, which is based on freshness, finesse and elegance. Due to the house strategy and based on a meticulous work in the sourcing and vinification of the wines, Michel Fauconnet now creates cuvées known for their high quality. Since 2019 he has been responsible for launching another of the house’s innovations, the Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature.

He is one of the country's greatest wine connoisseurs and, as a top 50 sommelier, selects the exceptional cuvées for the Champagne Dinner. Vinzenco de Biase is head sommelier at the Europa-Park Hotel Resort and responsible for wine purchasing. In addition to other awards such as Sommelier of the Year, he has completed the renowned further training as a specialist sommelier and wine culture expert Champagne.
