Our experienced sommelier will accompany you through your Eatrenalin experience with eight courses, serving you top-class wines selected by Vincenzo De Biase, Sommelier of the Year 2024. An exquisite experience for all wine connoisseurs.

In addition, you will receive the following VIP service:

  • Exclusively reserved table in the lounge with post-supper aperitifs
  • Snacks, water, a digestif of your choice and an espresso in the bar
  • Special surprises

The Sommelier Dinner takes over two hours. All details are perfectly aligned. Lean back in your floating chair and experience a perfectly orchestrated arrangement, made of visual, acoustic, olfactory, gustatory and haptic elements. Our tip: In order to get attuned in the lounge and ending the evening in the bar, you might want to plan around three hours for your Eatrenalin visit.

Please note: Our exquisite Sommelier Dinner requires a minimum of 12 guests. If this is not reached, we will inform you in advance about further procedures and possibilities. Save your place and enjoy the exclusive selection of champagnes and culinary delights in an unforgettable atmosphere.

Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Sonoma Coast, California/USA

The cool influence of the Pacific Ocean is immediately noticeable along the Sonoma Coast. This Chardonnay blends selected vineyards where the grapes ripen slowly while retaining their fresh acidity. A hint of exoticism with gentle oak vanilla.

A local Riesling from the Busch family, mainly from the top Rothenpfad plot, where the soil consists of red clay slate. A fine wine that combines various facets of fruit and minerality in its aroma, typical for this biodynamic winery. This is followed by a soft and ripe appearance on the palate, leaving a full-bodied mouthfeel. All this with a modest 11.5% alcohol content. Pure elegance that works well not only on its own but also as an unobtrusive accompaniment to food.

Francis Ford Coppola Eleanor is a high-quality red wine cuvée dedicated to the director's wife, created with grapes from Sonoma County (mainly Syrah) and Napa Valley (Cabernet Sauvignon), known for its intense aromas of black berries, spices, chocolate and cedar wood, combining power with refinement.

Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Kabinett

The Riesling Ürziger Würzgarten Kabinett has an intense, flinty yet reductive bouquet with warm, herbal and ripe fruit aromas. Full-bodied, round and precise on the palate, this is a clear and razor-sharp Würzgarten Kabinett with a dense finish. The grapes were harvested in October. 100% healthy grapes were gently crushed and macerated briefly on the aroma- and mineral-rich grape skins. The must was then fermented slowly and coolly, allowing the wine's multifaceted, fruity aromas to develop fully. Gentle ageing in stainless steel tanks with long storage on the fine lees followed fermentation.

Our tip: Combine the Sommelier Dinner with a wonderful overnight stay in the Europa-Park Resort and conveniently book the tickets, as well as an overnight stay, online using our hotel reservation service.
